Stepping Into Your Second Spring

  • Sow & Root Yoga & Well-Being Studio 2c Snuff Street Devizes, SN10 1DU Wiltshire (map)

Join Kim Pierpoint for a workshop on menopause and yoga this February. Guiding women to a deeper understanding of their journey while using the practice as a physical and emotional support tool.

Explore a positive and empowering approach to this natural stage in life and embrace how the practice can play an important role in managing symptoms and improving well-being through the seasons of perimenopause (summer to autumn) and menopause (autumn to winter) into second spring.

APPROACH ~

This gathering offers a space for menopause learning, reflection, and self-care, including yoga practices designed to ease menopausal symptoms, promote emotional balance, and enhance body awareness (no previous yoga experience required). Through various techniques, including mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, participants will feel empowered, supported, and connected as they step into the new year with an understanding of how menopause looks for them (no two menopause are the same), renewed strength and clarity.

MEET YOUR GUIDE ~

With nearly two decades of experience, Kim is dedicated to helping women reconnect with their strength and future potential through Yoga, Coaching, Menopause Champion, and ADHD advocacy. Navigating her own perimenopause, she has shaped hery approach to support physical and mental well-being in times of change. Her classes combine alignment-focused asana, gentle strength-building, inner somatic work, and deep relaxation, leaving students rejuvenated and revived. She aims to create accessible, inclusive spaces for all levels to explore, grow, and feel indeed seen.
