ENCOURAGING & PLAYFUL
Learn how to restore balance and get back in touch with your vital energy in this fun and replenishing practice. A safe and friendly space where each class is led by the yogis (little and large) in the moment. You will be guided through supportive movement, breathing techniques and massage to help nourish and strengthen, and connect with both yourself and your wildling. Leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
All parents are welcome and there is no specific age limit for your little one if you feel the practice would serve!
*There is a 30 minute space after each practice to socialise, bond and build friendships with other to-be-mums and parents. Also providing an opportunity to gain advice from and/or ask questions to our highly knowledgeable antenatal teachers who specialise in birth preparations, hypnobirthing and postnatal recovery.
