Moving my body has always been a major part of my life, second to being in the great outdoors. I’m a fresh-air fangirl and a strong believer of the health benefits and rejuvenating qualities of movement among nature. Therefore opening a green, climate-friendly studio that glorifies and supports all things wild was a dream of mine for many years.
I have been fortunate enough to study and practice yoga around the world with experience in guiding 121, groups, workshops, events, retreats and trainings. My classes focus on breathing, conscious movement and alignments, where modifications and adjustments are supported by my knowledge and background in soft tissue therapy, biomechanics, injury prevention/rehabilitation and aromatherapy. Practices offer heartfelt instruction, challenging sequences, intelligent alignment, zen philosophy, a playful open atmosphere and an empowering experience.
Making yoga applicable to the masses, not niche or elitist, and creating a friendly space is a real dedication of mine. Simply come as you are. I am honoured to guide anyone and everyone through their practice, as I too, am forever a student of yoga!

My love for yoga came from a desire to meet new people after moving abroad. Initially it was all about meeting people and staying fit but I soon discovered that Yoga had a lot more meaning and I was drawn deeper into the magic of breath work, meditation and asana.
In 2018 I completed the Wild, Vibrant Yogi 200hr RYT and in 2019 YACEP 25hr Yin Yoga and Myofascial Training with experience in guiding 121, small/ large groups, corporate yoga, and workshops. My classes are devoted to creating a safe and sacred space where you can connect to your own individual energy through intention, meditation, breathwork and movement. Alignment cues and modifications are integrated and woven with yoga philosophy bringing about a deeper connection to mind, body and heart.
I believe in starting yoga as you are, where you are. Yoga is for every body and I am passionate about holding the space for everyone to come and practice in a safe, supported and comfortable environment.

Ultimately, I believe we all have the same goal; to be happy. We are all doing what we believe will get us there but with a lot of distractions and expectations along the way. When I moved abroad to try and give myself some space to figure out what I wanted to do with my life, who I was and who I wanted to be, that’s where I found yoga.
For me, yoga was how my journey back to myself and away from these distractions began and was the start of a journey of self-discovery - which I am still on now.
After being made redundant I decided to complete my Yoga Teacher Training which I attended in 2020.
Yoga has been a key tool in helping me to listen and trust myself to understand who I am, how to take care of myself and others without over indulging. It has taught me what I want to be and what I want to become which extends to beyond the mat and has led me to start my accreditation in Life Coaching.
I’m looking forward to meeting and supporting you on your journey!

I initially found my path to yoga, for the same reasons that many people do, for flexibility, stress relief, health and physical fitness.
Travelling through yoga’s homeland of India sparked my curiosity and directed me on my journey of discovery. I continued to travel trying different yoga practices, trainings and expanding my knowledge from various teachers.
All of these different practices and experiences have shown me how you can connect breath to movement and follow a journey of discovering the body and mind.
I’m looking forward to welcoming you to a friendly, supportive space where we can practice together.

As a womenswear print designer with a deep love for Tibetan Buddhist meditation and philosophy, my journey into teaching Yin Yoga feels like a natural extension of my creative and spiritual practices.
My time spent in meditation retreats, particularly focused on Vajrayana and Dzogchen, has shaped my understanding of the mind and its inherent stillness. Yin Yoga beautifully complements this, and I find so much joy in sharing this calming practice with others.
In my classes, my wish is to create a space where relaxation and the gentle postures of Yin Yoga come together to nurture both body and mind. Whether you're seeking physical relaxation, a deeper connection to your body, or support for mental wellness, my aim is to offer a peaceful, healing experience that anyone can benefit from.

My mission in everything I share is to empower you to reconnect to how magnificent you truly are. As human beings we have so much potential to feel amazing things and this will look different for everybody. Through movement, through the breath and through powerful teachings I create a space for you to explore who you really are underneath all the should’s, the expectations and the limitations.
My classes are an open space to be curious, there are never any rules or judgments, it is simple a space to explore your body and your mind. That is all we are here to do, find our path to freedom. Through strong flows, indulgent moments of surrender and the guidance of your breath you will leave feeling emPOWERed, resilient and a little lighter.
My background is in yoga for mental health, I believe that through connecting mind and body we can build emotional resilience on our mats that helps us to face life’s challenge with ease and grace. It’s all about building a relationship with yourself, learning to love what you find and move through life in a way that feels good for you.
Yoga doesn’t have look a certain way, you don’t have to fit in every poses the way you see on Instagram, it is simply a place to explore. We are all fabulously unique so happiness, freedom and ease will look different for everyone. Come and play, explore and be curious.

I am a yogi bear through and through! I have been teaching yoga since 2017 but practicing myself for a lot longer - I think my first class was at age 12, going along with my Mum. Yoga has been my constant, my calm and my space to find balance in mind and body throughout my life.
I adore helping people feel better - and yoga is usually the magic ingredient that accelerates the ‘better’ feeling. I am so happy that I get to do what I love and call it work.
I am passionate about sharing yoga with as many people as I can. As well as having my 200hr YTT certification, I also am qualified to teach meditation, children’s yoga and pre/postnatal classes.

GATHER & GRACE CIRCLE FACILITATOR
I grew up in the Philippines, surrounded by strong, wise women who taught me the power of community and connection. Moving to England for my education, I was immersed in a more individualistic culture, contrasting with the close-knit village of support I had known. During my teens and into my late twenties, I struggled with body image, a challenge that was intensified by working in the luxury fashion industry. My relationship with myself and my body deteriorated, and this was compounded by feeling disconnected from genuine connections with other women.
Discovering womens circles - a space of trust, vulnerability and sisterhood - helped me heal and reconnect with my inner feminine energy. Now, as a mother and advocate for women's empowerment, I’m passionate about creating spaces where women can support one another and reclaim their strength through shared wisdom.

My journey into yoga began during university while studying costume interpretation. As someone who’s always loved expressive physical movement through dance and performance, yoga became the became a perfect blend of creativity, fluidity, and mindfulness. Working as a seamstress, I turned to yoga to counterbalance the stillness of working with textiles, which eventually led me to Sow & Root—a community that truly planted the seeds for my yoga path.
My personal practice spans everything from the grounding stillness of Yin to the strong and steady discipline of Ashtanga, but in my classes, I focus on dynamic, Yang practices that energize and challenge the body. I completed my 200-hour TTC in both Vinyasa and Ashtanga in Goa in 2024, and I’m excited to continue learning along this delightfully endless journey that is yoga!

Here to guide you to a better overall well-being, I am a registered nurse and have a huge amount of experience working with individuals through their health journeys. I'm ITEC Level 3 qualified and a NHS Registered Reflexologist. I love reflexology as a treatment as it has a huge evidence base showing really positive outcomes.
My aim is to help all my clients better understand their body. I hope, in turn, this supports the pursuit of body and mind balance which we all so deeply need. Having a medical background allows me to understand how chronic conditions, allergies, lifestyle, etc. may be affecting all your bodily systems, meaning I have a more holistic approach to your treatments.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

I’m a Sports Massage therapist based in Wiltshire, I also work at various retreats and events within the wellness industry, both in the UK and overseas.
I offer a completely holistic and bespoke service to my clients, mixing both the medical and spiritual blend of both sports and remedial massage.
I break down the mindset that sports massage is just for athletes; my style allows this incredibly effective massage technique to benefit everyone from any walk of life.
Each massage is unique depending upon the body in front of me. I treat the body as a whole and offer a whole package of home care and wellness advice to take home with yourselves.

As a secondary teacher, I discovered what was really important to me was the inner life of my students and I had an overwhelming drive to support and help them to understand and accept themselves.
In order to offer the best and most professional support I could, I decided to start a counselling qualification at Bath College. I completed the AQA Advanced Counselling Skills course there after three years, having undergone the inevitable and necessary journey of self exploration and understanding needed to be a good therapist.
The next step for me was to then study for a mentoring qualification. I completed the Open College Mentoring Practice Level 3 after a year as this best suited how I love to work and how I see this amazing therapeutic process can be at its most effective: an ongoing dialogue, a collaborative process of reflection, understanding and healing in a space of profound trust and respect.
Since 2018 I have had the privilege to work with many adults with wide-ranging histories, issues and needs.
But the aim remains the same: that the work we do together will lead you to finding ways through to deeper self acceptance, self love and a fundamental inner resilience to deal with many of the challenges which life can throw at us.
I look forward to meeting you, finding out who you are and walking by your side for a while on your life’s journey.

I find joy in the art of holistic massage and believe that everyone deserves to rest for a while and be cared for. In my ten years of practice I have developed an intuitive style, adjusting from deep pressure to a gentle touch, depending on what your body needs.
Alongside massage, I studied Textile Design in Bath, specialising in natural dyeing and weaving because I love to make things. Just like massage, weaving is rhythmic and therapeutic. The connection between the two things I love most, massage therapy and crafting with textiles, is mindfulness.
True healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are in harmony, and every element of your experience plays a role in that balance. From the warmth and comfort of the couch to the carefully chosen oils that nourish your skin, to the music you drift along with, each detail is thoughtfully considered. It all comes together to create a treatment that goes beyond the physical. It’s a nurturing ritual, designed not just to soothe the body, but to restore a deeper sense of wholeness and well-being.

I love being outdoors in nature, usually cycling or running in the middle of nowhere, and I’m a sucker for a sunrise (especially a Roundway sunrise). I initially started yoga to complement endurance sports as I’m not naturally very flexible and always skipped stretching when given the option! Over the past 10 years I’ve dabbled with yoga in various places I’ve lived around the UK and further afield whilst travelling, but got well and truly hooked when I found the magic of Sow and Root in my hometown.
Regularly practicing has brought me so much joy and enabled me to take the space to reconnect to myself, create balance in a hectic world and navigate some tricky times. As well as being (a little) more flexible, I am now unexpectedly the strongest and healthiest I’ve probably ever been.
I was curious to delve a little deeper into yoga and completed my 200-hour Vinyasa & Yin Yoga teacher training with INEA Yoga. I fell in love with teaching and how it enables me to be creative whilst incorporating my science and health background as an NHS podiatrist (BSc) and registered public health nutritionist (MSc, Anutr). It supports my passion for encouraging lifelong health and movement, and sharing the benefits of yoga beyond the mat.
I aim to offer a friendly, supportive and playful practice that celebrates the uniqueness of EVERY body. To show up exactly as you already are, to explore the yin and yang of yoga, and yourself - maybe even bring some lightness and joy to the rest of your day!

I have always had a passion for movement. I started weight training and running at 14 years old and at 19 I began a career in the fitness industry working as a gym supervisor and working my way up to a senior trainer. Still weight and strength training, I realised that while this was working for me in some ways it wasn’t helping in others. I was very strong but not very flexible. I was also not very happy. This was where I fell into a yoga practice. I was put into a training to teach a yoga based class, and there was something about the way it felt in my body, something changed.
After many years of home practice with DVDs I found a teacher that I loved and really started to discover that yoga was so much more than the shapes we make, that the shapes we make in our postural yoga (asana) practice pull us into the sensation of being alive, here and now, with this breath, in this moment. The many facets of Yoga have changed and are still changing my life in myriad ways and this is why I chose to teach.
Yoga is such a valuable practice, a toolkit, for living in this world and I teach to pass on the knowledge that has shaped my life experience into something that feels like happiness. I completed my 200 hrs and kids yoga teacher training with Sun Power in 2015 and whenever possible I do what I can to further my education as both teacher and student.
I teach an earthy, functional, alignment based class with sides of philosophy, breath-work, and play. To me Yoga is getting to know the nature of our own landscape so that we can better navigate this existence from a place of grace and with love for all beings everywhere, may they all be happy, free and live in peace.

My journey as a teacher started when I moved to Switzerland. Previous to this, I had practiced yoga for my own health and wellbeing for many years, but being in a foreign country unable to carry on my career I took my passion for yoga and made it my everyday.
I’ve trained under many great teachers including Noah Maze, Mark Stephens & Rocky Herron practicing Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha & Restorative. However, my passion lies in helping women at all stages of life, in particular, during pregnancy, birth and into motherhood. I specialise in birth preparation and post natal recovery. I am a Mindful Mamma Certified Hypnobirthing practitioner and weave this knowledge intentionally through all my classes.

Yoga has been simmering in my life since my early 20s. When I was younger I often found it a beautiful way to compliment my more strenuous activities such as kickboxing that I loved. Having lived abroad for many years and then in London and facing my own life struggles I often turned to yoga and my local studio for a sanctuary from the trials of life, a place that helped me find a sense of calm and peace. I have experienced chronic back pain for many years and yoga has enabled me to better meet myself where I am on the day.
As I move through life - yoga has allowed me to connect more deeply to myself both physically and mentally, to be kinder and more compassionate, to develop an inner awareness that allows me to live better. Meditation and breathwork are areas of interest for me, specifically how they can support people suffering from mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. Yoga compliments my work as a personal trainer and integrative counsellor as well as my work at the mental health hospital in Devizes.
Moving back to Wiltshire after many moons away, yoga and finding Sow and Root more specifically has again been a place of solace, connection and calm through quite a huge life transition. I completed my 200hr Movement Wisdom YTT in Spring 2024 and am honoured to share what I love about the practice and hold space for others who enter this exploration.
