Join creative mindful meditation therapist Hilary Swift on a beautiful journey into the body by exploring the practice of chakra dancing.
Chakra dancing is a joyful and liberating practice for mind, body and soul. An opportunity to shift and free up our natural energy flows, and enhance our lives by harmonising our inner and outer selves to rediscover a natural balance and vitality. The dance therapy aims to open up all seven major chakras and, in doing so, allow life force energy (Qi) to flow freely, optimising mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
There are no set steps or routines to learn. Hilary will gently guide you through the seven different chakras, demonstrating the associated moves, but at the same time allowing you to be completely free. To experience the music and dance in your own unique way….to listen to your body and let it guide you!
A mediation practice to absorb will follow. Accompanied by the melodic, soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls that wash the body and cultivate the deepest levels of relaxation.
Closing the experience with tea and treats, a chance to fully download, chat and share experiences from the afternoon in our intimate studio.
