Spring naturally supports and encourages the urge to detox, create space and realign. A time of rebirth for all life on our planet, a time when we joyfully salute the long awaited return of the sun. It is in this time that we honour all aspects of our journey, welcoming and celebrating growth and inviting in new opportunities. A perfect time to reconnect to *self* and move forward with positivity.
In yoga and meditation practices there are known to be 7 chakras (or vibrational wheels) within the body. Join Rose as she guides you through a dynamic vinyasa class to ignite and clear these energy fields whilst learning how chakras relate to and are connected with certain areas of our physical body as well as the emotional, mental and spiritual layers of our being. Through a variety of purifying and invigorating asana (poses) and pranayama (breathwork), you will explore your energetic system by opening and balancing any centers that may be blocked, thus releasing that which no longer serves you.
After a pause for rainbow-inspired, seasonal smoothies and energy bites, we will close the afternoon with a yoga nidra guided meditation. A nourishing, healing, restorative practice that both relaxes and enlivens the body, soothing the mind and cultivating a sense of complete well-being.
We will move as one with Mother Nature via this internal spring clean to energize, blossom and bloom. The experience may leave you up in the clouds; elevated, light, expansive. But the real dreamy magic is how you’ll feel like you’ve only just arrived on solid ground; calm, content and centered - with fresh footsteps on the earth.
