Spirited and challenging, this purifying practice encompasses breath-work with sound, bandhas (body locks), drishti (focus points) and predetermined asanas (poses) with connecting, flowing movements.
You will be guided through the four main parts: an opening sequence, the main series, a back-bending sequence and a set of inverted asanas, referred to as the finishing sequence. Practice always ends with savasana!
There will be extra alignment instructions, modifications and variations offered to suit all abilities.
